A way to define User rights and and responsibilities around the site.  Members may possess any combination.  The "authenticated user" role is part of Drupal core.  It is applied to every registered User.

A user's role determines what that user may or may not do here.  The roles currently available to users (and more information about those roles) are listed below.  Users that are not members of the site (and, thus, have no role) are known as Visitors.

Visitors may not create content, contact users via their personal contact forms, or take part in Forum discussions.  Visitors may access all public content and leave comments.

• Site Architects build and maintain wwandi.com.
• Core Members form the heart of the website.
• Contributing Members are responsible for site content.  Everything here was submitted by someone.
• Tourists are here for community and entertainment.  They may take part in public discussions, make friends, and maintain a blog.
