An automagic implementation by the site software, the Tracking module collects information about posts for display to users.  It keeps a record of all posts by a member and a list of all pages that member has recently visited.

Track posts

Here you may see a list of all content contributed by a member.  The information presented will reflect whether content is either new or updated.  Links to all content are provided.

Track page visits

Recent page visits by members are temporarily cached and may be called for display on this page.  This information is not likely to be incredibly accurate because it is based on the site's cache which is purged on a regular basis.
