Theresa is the oldest of the Slamm siblings and the only one with any memory of their estranged parents.  She is distrustful and occasionally overbearing as a result of spending most of her life raising her three brothers.

Robbed of her childhood, Terry now seeks to regain those lost years.  Her motherly instincts are very difficult to overcome and, more often than not, she continues to sacrifice her own happiness for the sake of others.

While Lady Slamm is a romantic at heart, she has bad luck with relationships.  Partly this is due to the stress of life in the public eye, and sometimes her great need for independance drives men away; but most often her love life comes crashing down around her simply because keeping up with the Slamm family is not something the great majority of people are capable of doing.
