If your looking for that perfect pet,
one that you will not regret.
Dogs can be your true friend,
with tons of  loyalty held within.
But at times they'll make your mind go wild,
 pretty much just like a like a child.
Because they also need love and direction,
to make your and their bond the right connection.
You can teach them to live in your home,
but some breeds don't do well left alone.
They will chew your things and make a mess,
as their statement in protest.
Letting you know they need attention,
and not be left alone like a detention.
But as far as dogs I have to say,
the ones on chains outside without play
How would their owners like to be on that chain,
where their waters only the rain.
And the only food they get
is the food no one forgets.
Or be boiling in the heat of the sun,
then freezing in the winter with no where to run.
Yes it's hard for some to see,
what they call Animal Cruelty.
But if one throws their dogs needs to the wind,
makes me wonder how they treat their children?
